Sutton Living Limited is a local housing company established by Sutton Council in 2016. Our aim is to increase the supply and quality of housing in Sutton by building new homes and acquiring existing homes.

WALLINGTON PUBLIC HALL – BLACKSTAR HOUSE AND STEEL WHEELS HOUSE
Sutton Living’s first completed scheme in Wallington in the London Borough of Sutton – a beautiful development of 31 spacious apartments close to Wallington’s bustling town centre, completed in 2022. A great place to live, being a 7 minute walk to the train station and close to many amenities including supermarkets, shops, restaurants and parks.

ALEXANDRA GARDENS, CARSHALTON BEECHES
A development of 23 spacious apartments for affordable rent, which Sutton Living has built on behalf of Sutton Council for local households in housing need. Completed in August 2023.
THE GROVE, CARSHALTON PONDS
Sutton Living will be refurbishing this iconic Victorian villa to provide ten, high quality apartments for sale. The villa, which is set in the picturesque grounds of Grove Park, will retain character features alongside contemporary fixtures and fittings to impress potential buyers. Completion of the new homes will be in Spring 2024.
